I will put off until tomorrow...

It's that time of year again when we resolve to do better and be slimmer!

Farida Akhtar

I will put off until tomorrow all that needn't be done today! I'm one of those Type A personalities, the ones that are constantly on the go and I think it's time I slowed down a bit and enjoyed the process of getting to the destination as much as the destination itself.

Beena Duttagupta

My mantra for the New year? I will lose weight, I will lose weight, I will lose weight...

Aleem Khan

I want to get back to reading. You know how you get caught up in the day-to-day routine and then are too tired to read? I resolve to switch off the tv and read a good book a month.

Vidhya Raju

I resolve to exercise a lot more and snack a lot less. But whether I will actually do so remains to be seen...

Sharad Varma

This year, I will bring my cholesterol under control. It's borderline now and I'm not yet on medication, but my family physician has warned me that if I don't do something about it, I will soon be. I have a family history of high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol but I can't let that be my excuse. I have young children and I will lead a more responsible life.

Nidhi Kale

Get a will made! That's the first thing my husband and I are going to do this year. It doesn't matter if you don't have millions. Whatever you have should be clearly and easily accessible to your children should the unforseen happen. I have seen too many people leave too much confusion behind just because they didn't get around to putting their papers in order to wish that upon my kids. Yes, a definitely, getting a will done is the first thing on our agenda!.

Kshama Trivedi

I will sort out the drawer full of recipes I've been collecting over the years. I will do that and treat my husband to new dishes!

Gowri Nair

I will join a gym and work off some of this flab. Ask me my waist measurement next year!

Princey Jacob

I will be more responsible about recycling and stop throwing everything into the garbage like I normally do.

Vipul Maheshwari

I have to make more money, man! I'm working my way through college and that's like living in extreme poverty. But I will save up enough to put a down payment on a car!

Bubbli Singh

I will work on my dad to buy me new car!

Satya Kamat

I live in residence and my mom is convinced I live on take-out. I will invite her to a home-cooked meal and treat her to...pizza!

Rehan Khan

My parents claim my room is such a giant mess, they are scared to walk in. Though that may be good thing (!), I will clean it up, sometime, this year. I promise, I really will!
