Rakhee Morzaria is set to reprise her role as Camille Phambin the second season of the hit comedy series Run the Burbs starring alongside Andrew Phung.

She is a comedian and actress who has appeared on What We Do in the Shadows (FX), My Spy (Netflix) and Private Eyes (Global TV). She is an alumni of The Second City Toronto’s Education Company and her comedic sketch-based shorts have been seen in Kevin Hart’s Just for Laughs short film competition, been nominated for a Canadian Screen Award and have upward of a million views.

Her Note To Self is a Canadian Comedy Award-nominated and Canadian Screen Award-nominated series, produced, written and starring Rakhee; a confident, but often misinformed second-generation Canadian...just trying to get it right.

Run the Burbs follows the story of the Phams, a young, bold Vietnamese-South Asian-Canadian family taking a different approach to living life to the fullest, while changing the way we think about contemporary family values and life in the burbs.

Rakhee’s character Camille is a mother of two and married to Andrew Pham.

She believes in living a carefree life and following one’s dreams. Camille met Andrew at university, and the two immediately hit it off.

She eventually went back to school to complete her English degree, while Andrew became a stay-at-home dad.

At home, Camille brings out the best in her family. She’s kind, loving, and the first to join in on Andrew’s dad jokes, often taking them too far.

Run the Burbs is created by comedian, writer and actor Andrew Phung (Kim’s Convenience) and his best friend and collaborator, filmmaker Scott Townend (The Secret Marathon).
