A new restaurant is coming to Toronto. Opening in winter 2027, Sahni, a Gujarati and East African-led restaurant tucked into the lower level of Union Hotel, will open its doors in the financial district at 60 York St.

Led by Culinary Director Chef Vikram Vij, Sahni tells the story of migration, traditions, and the importance of using food to connect with community.
