Hop on the Newcomer Bus Tour August 6 and August 11 for free! Residents who moved to Brampton after January 1, 2025, are invited to register for the award-winning* Newcomer Bus Tour, presented by Brampton Library in partnership with Brampton Transit and generously sponsored by Toronto Pearson.

Summer 2026 Newcomer Bus Tour Dates:

Tour 1. Thursday, August 6, 5:30-8:30 pm.

Tour 2. Tuesday, August 11, 10:30 am-1:30 pm.

All tours will start and end at Mount Pleasant Village Branch Library, conveniently located at 100 Commuter Drive, within walking distance of the Mount Pleasant GO Station and served by GO Train, GO Bus, and Brampton Transit routes.

Residents who are not yet members of Brampton Library are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to sign up for a free library card at the event.

Reserve your free spot by calling the Library at 905-793-4636 or visiting the online events calendar on the Library website. Attendees participating as a family or group must register each guest individually. Since space is limited, participants are encouraged to register early to avoid missing out.
